My first attempt at a closeup shot. The lighting seems insufficient in this but I feel that it makes that pear even more lonesome. It was a tasty one by the way...

The lonesome pear
Powai lake by night
This shot of Powai lake and the Hiranandhani backdrop was taken from my room at the Renaissance hotel in Mumbai, India. This was the first time I was experimenting with extended exposure settings. If I remember correctly, I kept the shutter open for about 13 seconds to compose this shot. The smog in Mumbai can be seen in that twilight sky which makes this shot a little blurry.
